DryEasy Bedwetting Alarm

DryEasy Bedwetting Alarm Review (2018)

DryEasy Bedwetting Alarm

The DryEasy bedwetting alarm is a feature-rich, yet low cost enuresis alarm. It stands out from other products in this price range with some additional features and options that are often only found in higher priced alarms.

Get a quick summary of the best and worst things to look out for with the DryEasy right here, before I dive into more details throughout this review!

The Good

  • More adjustable settings than other low priced alarms
  • Loudest volume is audible from other rooms in the house, so you don’t have to sleep in your child’s room
  • Despite a somewhat finnicky clip, it’s more likely to stay clipped on once you’ve got it on – a common issue with many alarms is that the clip doesn’t stay on all night

The Potential Issues

  • Like almost all alarms, some people experience a high sensitivity of the sensor where it detects wetness if there’s no urine – this does not tend to be a common problem with the DryEasy though
  • Getting a good attachment to the child can take a little more effort than some other brands

TheraPee Dr Sagie Bedwetting Alarm System

TheraPee Bedwetting Alarm System Review (2018)

TheraPee Dr Sagie Bedwetting Alarm System

The TheraPee bedwetting alarm system is a top of the line enuresis alarm product.

This is more than just an alarm though; it’s meant to be an entire bedwetting therapy (aka “Therapee”) system.

And yes, it has a price tag to match.

If you’re in a rush, I encourage you to see the quick pros and cons of TheraPee. These are the main points to consider if you’re thinking about investing in this bedwetting system:

The Good

  • Takes a wider approach to eliminating bedwetting, using an alarm combined with video software training and exercises
  • Thorough and attentive customer service from the company
  • Very high success rate amongst those who use the alarm and the training program as instructed

The Potentially Not So Good

  • Some children may find the mat a little uncomfortable to lay on
  • Some children might not have patience for the online training program
  • The build quality of the alarm feels lower than expected for the price

TEQIN Bedwetting Alarm Review (2018 Update)

TEQIN bedwetting alarm

The TEQIN enuresis alarm is one of the lowest cost bedwetting alarms currently available.

Here’s a quick overview of the good and bad of this alarm system:

The Good:

  • Low cost: if budget is an issue, this will be one of the first enuresis alarms you look at
  • Good customer service from the company

The Not So Good:

  • No controls for volume
  • Clip could be better quality to reduce risk of detachment from underwear during the night
  • Some quality control issues with random malfunctioning – but see above point about positive customer service

That probably makes you wonder whether it’s going to work as good as a more expensive bedwetting alarm? Read More »TEQIN Bedwetting Alarm Review (2018 Update)

Wet-Stop3 bedwetting alarm for kids

Wet-Stop3 Bedwetting Alarm Review – 2018

Wet-Stop3 bedwetting alarm for kids

The Wet-Stop3 bedwetting alarm is one of the most affordable alarms you can buy. It’s also one of the most popular products, perhaps for this reason.

For 2018 we’ve added a quick pros and cons of the Wet-Stop3 right here at the top of the review, if you’re in a rush and want to find out the good and potentially not so good things about this particular alarm. This allows you to decide whether the Wet Stop is one to consider, or if you should check out another model (and we’ve got most of them covered here on this site!).

The Good:

  • Affordable: if you’re not looking to spend big, Wet-Stop3 won’t break the bank, and lets you quickly get started on bedwetting training
  • High sensitivity sensor: while this can also be a negative thing (see below), it also means the alarm activates at the very first sign of urine
  • The company is supportive and responsive to issues

The (potentially) not so good:

  • Somewhat cheap construction means it might not last long as more robust (and expensive) brands
  • Prone to false alarms at times (such as from sweat), although this can also be due to not keeping the sensor clean as directed

But does this enuresis alarm live up to its popularity? Or are people only buying it because of the price? This is one of the main points we wanted to look at during our research of this alarm. Read More »Wet-Stop3 Bedwetting Alarm Review – 2018

Dr. Madre Bedwetting Alarm

Dr. Madre Bedwetting Alarm Review (2018)

Dr. Madre Bedwetting Alarm

The Dr. Madre Bedwetting Alarm is a moderately priced alarm for bedwetting training. It’s one of the most talked about brands, and comes with some pretty slick marketing.

Before getting into the details, I’ve put together a quick pros-and-cons list below, so you can gain a good idea of what to look out for with the Dr Madre:

The Good

  • Volume is loud (but can not be adjusted)
  • Lightweight and non-obtrusive when child wears it in bed
  • Good customer service available to deal with issues

The Not So Good

  • Like most other lower end alarms, the Dr Madre is thought of by some as being relatively low quality overall, resulting in occasional issues like false alarms, or having the clip break
  • Prone to continually beeping as the sensor may not dry properly – potentially a poor design fault
  • As mentioned above: the volume on this alarm is not adjustable so you’re stuck with the default setting (some people think it’s loud, others think it’s too soft)

Rodger Bedwetting Alarm & Clippo Day Alarm Review – 2018 updated

What is the Rodger bedwetting alarm?

This is one of the lesser known enuresis alarm brands – but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Some company’s simply don’t over saturate their marketing efforts – and while this can lead to a product being overlooked, it also means we can learn a thing or two by looking closely at an alarm like this one to compare it to the bigger names out there.
